We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our facility in Sacramento, California! This role is essential for the efficient functioning of our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled correctly from arrival to departure. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety, we encourage you to apply. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders accurately for customers, managing inventory levels through cycle counts, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also be tasked with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting and moving of packages. We provide all necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to our comprehensive Safety program. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and moving of items up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
