Job Summary:
Join our bustling fulfillment center in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Tasks also include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized and clean work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to Safety and a team-player attitude are essential. We offer comprehensive training to set you up for success in our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from inventory using scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Receive and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and sorting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize appropriate PPE, such as gloves and safety glasses.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory concepts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
