Join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to Safety are essential qualities for this role. We provide comprehensive training on all equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures during daily tasks.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE such as safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
