Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on a variety of warehouse equipment, including automated systems, conveyors, and material handling machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
  • Conduct repairs efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used.
  • Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery.
  • Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work areas, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Implement safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Provide technical support to warehouse staff as needed.
  • Perform occasional heavy Lifting when required for repairs or part replacements.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in an industrial or logistics environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks, including occasional heavy Lifting.

Safety is paramount. This role requires constant vigilance and strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Your technical contributions are vital to maintaining the safety and efficiency of our entire logistics network.
