Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across various systems.
  • Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and ensure rapid resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, parts used, and repair histories.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and that proper safety protocols are followed during maintenance and operation.
  • Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify potential equipment improvements or upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to warehouse staff regarding equipment usage.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or warehouse environment.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Experience with forklifts, conveyors, and automated warehouse systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the proper use of PPE in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including occasional heavy Lifting and working in various warehouse conditions.

This role demands a strong emphasis on safety. You will be working with heavy machinery and industrial equipment, requiring strict adherence to safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
