Your responsibilities will include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inventory control, managing shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the facility. You will play a key role in optimizing space utilization, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. This role may involve some physical tasks, including lifting of up to 40 pounds, and requires active participation in ensuring workplace safety . You will be responsible for enforcing the use of PPE among your team and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in warehouse management. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel
- Oversee inventory management and cycle counting
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Manage warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Maintain records of inventory and shipments
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations
