Our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, encompassing a wide array of responsibilities such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our product fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, requiring all associates to rigorously follow safety protocols and utilize the necessary PPE. - Efficiently receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Properly stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders, utilizing RF scanning technology.
- Package orders securely, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying accurate labels and documentation.
- Operate various material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Engage in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, to support overall logistics efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly beneficial.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and logistics operations.
