We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our thriving logistics facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in managing inventory flow and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety. We maintain a strong focus on safety and require all employees to strictly follow established safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE. - Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting and moving of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse safety principles.
