- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against order documents.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to support logistics operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and understanding of PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
