Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Our San Jose, California facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this position, you will perform a wide range of duties essential to our warehouse operations. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all your tasks. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly through our facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately.
- Retrieve products from storage locations for order fulfillment.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and guidelines.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management processes.
- Handle moderate to heavy Lifting as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 60 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
