Become an Order Picker on our dedicated team in Nashville, Tennessee! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Utilizing scanning devices and pick lists, you will ensure that the correct products are gathered and staged for packing and shipment. This position demands precision, speed, and a strong focus on Safety. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our high standards of service. Proper use of PPE and adherence to all warehouse Safety guidelines are non-negotiable. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our logistics operations and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse inventory according to pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product accuracy and quantities before staging.
- Transport picked items to packing stations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient picking process.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Keep picking areas clean and accessible.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet established picking performance targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Experience using RF scanners and order picking technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a physically active role.
- Commitment to Safety and following all warehouse protocols.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
