We offer a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission (OTE £50,000).

The Role As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. Your job is to understand their needs, match them with the right vehicle and finance options, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
With full support from our marketing team generating high‑quality leads and our commercial team securing the best stock and pricing, you’ll be perfectly positioned to generate sales. You’ll manage your own customer base, build lasting relationships, and benefit from repeat business and referrals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Handling inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
Guiding customers through the sales process in line with FCA guidelines
Matching customer needs with our stock and finance options
Proposing finance applications and liaising with internal teams
Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth buying experience
Regular outbound contact with your own customer database to support retention and uncover renewal opportunities
What We’re Looking For A dynamic & driven individual who’s confident, personable and able to build rapport quickly. Experience in sales and an automotive background is essential. We’ll provide full training, but what matters most is that you bring the five Unteachables:
