About the Role We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our UK team. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day sales administration and order fulfilment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You’ll work collaboratively across departments and play a key role in the growth and expansion of our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders from start to finish: booking, scheduling, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and credits.
Respond to customer and colleague requests for product information, quotations, tender documents, and confirmations.
Manage calls, emails, and chats professionally, prioritising requests and delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain accurate records, monitor returns (RGAs), and resolve customer issues promptly.
