Come and join our team in our NEW store in Bromley! We have permanent contracts working 20hrs, 16hrs and 15hrs per week.
Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, providing them with expert product knowledge and assisting them in selecting items that meet their needs. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and supporting the store's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products
Provide detailed information about our diverse range of kitchenware
Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Engage with customers to promote special offers and new products
Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure products are well‑stocked
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
Passionate about cooking and knowledgeable about kitchenware
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Motivated to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented
Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods
