We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality ADON to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Metrics, Performance Improvement, nursing management, psychiatric care, and leadership skills to oversee our nursing department effectively. Must have RN.
Mission Behavioral Health Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure high-quality care delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Mission Behavioral Health Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Quality Metric within a healthcare setting
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff effectively
Mission Behavioral Health Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in acute care settings
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $71,140.16 - $85,674.17 per year
