Area Sales Manager – building construction products into housebuilders / builders merchantsThe role of Area Sales Manager * Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel Build strong relationships with builders’ merchants and ensure consistent supply and stock availability Identify and win commercial specification projects by engaging with architects, landscape designers, and planning consultants Host CPD presentations and influence decision-makers at early project stages Collaborate internally with technical and customer service teams to deliver excellent project support About the Company hiring an Area Sales Manager Our client is a fast-growing UK-based manufacturer that designs and produces innovative outdoor solutions which support biodiversity and sustainability.
