Base pay range We are seeking a highly motivated HPC Sales Account Manager to expand AMAX's footprint in the HPC and AI market. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing and new clients. They will be the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities to upsell, ultimately fostering long term relationships.
Own and lead the AMAX-client relationship. Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers' unique business applications. Research and business analysis will often be required.
Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers' product needs and inquiries, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMAX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
Track sales activity and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new selling opportunities.
Requirements
Demonstrate knowledge in computing solutions (CPU, GPU), data storage, high-performance computing (HPC), network, software, hardware, or servers.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to surpass sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of parallel computing, especially GPU.
OEM, ODM, or reseller background in the high-tech industry, such as computer network and storage.
Advanced degree in communication/business-related field OR engineering/electronic-related field.
