Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for the leisure industry? If so, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead our sales efforts to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers at our leisure/golf sites.

Key Duties
Devise and implement the marketing plan to maximise sales of memberships, golf societies, functions, business meetings and casual golfers, implementing effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes.
Set internal targets with the Centre Manager for all staff with respect to sales.
Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges.
Promote and cross‑sell other services within the centres, encouraging customers to participate in other activities, e.g.: swimming, group exercise and golf.
Ensure the management, development and coordination of staff resources effectively meet all operational requirements.
Ensure all staff have regular scheduled one‑to‑one meetings.
Role Requirements
Previous experience working in a customer services environment, including membership and/or function sales, cash handling and promotions.
Experience working in the Golf/Leisure industry.
Marketing experience and customer service/sales training.
