About the Role WRK digital are proud to partner with a leading consultancy delivering innovative solutions in the tech-for-good space. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on designing and developing high-quality Salesforce solutions to support critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using
Apex ,
Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,
Aura , and
Visualforce .
Configure Salesforce features including
workflows ,
validation rules ,
flows ,
reports , and
dashboards .
Build and maintain integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs ,
Platform Events , and middleware tools.
Implement data models, custom objects, fields, and security configurations.
Write unit tests ensuring high code coverage and compliance with Salesforce best practice.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
Support deployments using
Salesforce DX ,
CI/CD pipelines , and change management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Product Owners, and business users to refine requirements.
Maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of
Apex ,
LWC , and
Visualforce .
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
Experience with API integrations and middleware tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment best practice.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g.,
Platform Developer I/II ,
Salesforce Administrator ).
Experience with Aura Components and Platform Events.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and automated testing frameworks.
