About The Role The organization is seeking a skilled Back‑End Developer to join their dynamic team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable back‑end services that support the organization’s web applications and digital platforms.

Implement serverless functions using TypeScript to deliver efficient, reliable backend solutions.
Manage and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query performance tuning.
Integrate external systems such as payment gateways, messaging platforms, and video conferencing services to enhance functionality.
Collaborate with front‑end developers, product managers, and security teams to deliver cohesive and user‑focused solutions.
Ensure all backend services adhere to security best practices, including data protection and compliance standards.
Support continuous integration and deployment processes, maintaining code quality and system reliability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and innovation.
Occasionally travel to the London‑based head office and other locations across the UK for meetings, training, and collaborative projects.
