About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Halliburton, specifically within the Landmark Software & Services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and enhancement of our applications, focusing on delivering intuitive workflows and interfaces that elevate user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to create compelling visual designs, prototypes, and user‑centered solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the usability and aesthetic appeal of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our global user base while adhering to our design standards and best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 3‑5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of shipped products in production environments. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential, along with a solid understanding of design systems and component libraries. A strong foundation in interaction design and visual aesthetics is required to create engaging and user‑friendly interfaces. Candidates should exhibit excellent collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to iterate designs effectively based on user testing and stakeholder input. A degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
Responsibilities
Design UX/UI for product features under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms. Apply design system components uniformly, maintaining visual coherence and brand integrity. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing. Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and incorporate insights into design iterations. Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to align design solutions with technical feasibility and project goals. Contribute to design reviews, team critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high‑quality standards.
