Lead Carpenter/Deck Builder

Carpenters needed for deck rebuilds.

We work year-round outside in Connecticut.

Full-time position with competitive compensation BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN SKILL LEVEL.

Please note this position would require a daily commute to our Clinton, CT office located at 5 Heritage Park Rd, Clinton, CT.

Requirements:

• Must have own hand tools. (list can be provided)
• Minimum of 4 year of carpentry experience
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be organized
• Customer service skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities
• Able to work 10 hour days
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs
• Comfortable with heights
• Eager to work
• Ability to take direction

Responsibilities:

• Completes all authorized work in a timely manner per the contract while protecting the customer's property from damage
• Assists in providing daily detailed reporting on progress of jobs
• Provides exceptional customer service
