We are seeking a *skilled and motivated Physical Therapist* who values hands-on care, is eager to learn new techniques, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Receive specialized training in the Reavy Method.
* Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for new and returning patients.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
* Restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries through targeted physical therapy interventions.
* Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for continued progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
* Collaborate effectively with the clinical director, PT team, aides, and client service specialists.
* Stay current with licensure requirements and enhance skills through continuing education.
* Support administrative tasks, including insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
* Engage in marketing, outreach, and networking efforts, including social media, webinars, and provider collaborations.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (Required).
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic, manual therapy-focused setting (Preferred).
* Advanced training in manual therapy techniques (Preferred).
* CPR certification (Preferred).
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to build and maintain a strong patient caseload.
* Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $89,000.00 per hour
