We are a legal professional services firm seeking a hands?on and highly organized Project Manager to oversee a variety of technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who can bridge the gap between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring that business goals are translated into actionable plans. This role requires close collaboration with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to ensure that projects align with the firms strategic priorities and technology roadmap. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, fostering clear communication, and cultivating a collaborative, results?driven environment. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the CIO to define project objectives and ensure alignment with the firms overall strategy. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. Manage tasks, priorities, and timelines for project teams, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track. Provide regular updates on project milestones, deliverables, and status to the CIO and other stakeholders. Facilitate team collaboration, promote best practices, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery. Support continuous improvement by refining project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non?technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in project management, including scope definition, task assignment, progress tracking, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to work closely with senior executives (particularly the CIO) and build trust across organizational levels. Excellent problem?solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive, solution?oriented mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a professional services or corporate environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Project Management Certifications (PMP)
