What We Offer:

• Work hours: 14-21 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $17.85 per hour (negotiable based on experience) + Tips

What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards and preparing small food orders with quality and consistency.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Stocking and organizing service stations with paper products, ingredients, and other essentials.
• Monitoring equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly, including temperature checks.
• Following food safety protocols for handling, storing, and restocking food and beverages.
• Ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies and retail products as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of barista experience - Required.
• Latte Art skill - Required.
• Strong customer service skills with experience in hospitality or the food industry - Reguired.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality—weekend availability is a must.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for specialty coffee.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols—Food Safe Level 1 certification.
• Willingness to go above and beyond during peak times and stay adaptable under pressure.
