At Stonegate Security, we provide a "Stonegate Standard" of protection built on reliability, strength, and professionalism. We are currently seeking dedicated and high- caliber Security Guards to join our team in London, Ontario serving our diverse portfolio of retail and residential clients.

Position Summary

As a Stonegate Security Guard, you are the first line of defense and the face of our client's safety. We are looking for individuals who possess a "patrol-ready" mindset, exceptional situational awareness, and a commitment to providing elite customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary responder to high-priority alarms, physical altercations and emergency medical situations.
• Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of premises.
• Safely and professionally manage physical security threats using Use of Force techniques and de-escalation protocols.
• Conduct thorough interior and exterior rounds, identifying potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and alarms with a calm and professional manner.
• Generate detailed and accurate incident reports to keep clients informed.
• Secure and manage crime scenes or incident areas until emergency services arrive.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid & CPR.
• Minimum 2+ year of security experience.
• Must be able to work weekdays and weekends and overnights
• Valid Use of Force certification and Handcuffing certification.
• Fluent in English with the ability to write clear, professional reports.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (full shifts).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
