We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately sort and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed to meet customer demands.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with established safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and logistics.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
