Join our thriving warehouse operations in Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to the seamless flow of goods through our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. We are committed to fostering a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse management and modern logistics . We provide comprehensive training and emphasize adherence to all safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Unload, receive, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists and scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear designated PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
