We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be expected to handle products with care and accuracy, contributing to our overall productivity. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are a plus. We pride ourselves on our commitment to operational excellence and employee safety. Your role is integral to our supply chain success. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage. Experience with various tools and equipment commonly found in a warehouse setting is preferred. We encourage a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and prepare goods for shipment.
- Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehousing principles.
- Strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must wear provided PPE.
