We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Orlando, Florida. In this leadership role, you will oversee all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing workflows, coordinating receiving and shipping activities, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be instrumental in implementing and enforcing strict Safety protocols to create a secure working environment, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of logistics and warehouse management principles. The ability to handle tasks involving moderate Lifting may occasionally be necessary. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your strategic oversight is critical to the success of our logistics operations.
