We are seeking dedicated and proactive Distribution Center Associates to join our thriving logistics hub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a crucial member of our team, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods. Your responsibilities may include receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will receive comprehensive training on all safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, as it involves regular standing, walking, and moderate to heavy Lifting. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team will be key to your success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Replenish inventory and maintain stock organization.
- Prepare outgoing shipments according to specifications.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Must be able to perform regular Lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to adhering to Safety standards.
