Our Houston, Texas facility is seeking another motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is integral to the seamless flow of goods within our logistics network. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving inbound shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing items for outgoing transport. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack items securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Organize and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
