The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing the duties, which involve significant standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times to ensure your safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders efficiently using scanning technology and order sheets.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
