Our St. Louis, Missouri distribution center is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Pickers. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and correct shipments. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are paramount. Your daily tasks will include reading pick tickets or scanning product barcodes, locating items in the warehouse, carefully picking items, and preparing them for the next stage of the shipping process. Attention to detail is a must to minimize errors and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant walking, reaching, and bending, and requires the ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly. - Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.

Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to perform heavy lifting. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred. Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE. Knowledge of logistics principles is a plus.
