We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker for our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is integral to our logistics operations, encompassing a range of duties from receiving and put-away of goods to order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The successful candidate will be reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and speed of our fulfillment processes, directly impacting customer satisfaction within our supply chain. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to contribute across various tasks are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
- Support overall logistics workflow and team objectives.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
