We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, playing a vital part in our logistics and supply chain operations. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills in a thriving warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for tracking.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in our logistics facility.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is highly valued.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
