We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating with other departments, and reporting on key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Liaise with transportation and other departments to ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams performing significant lifting tasks.
- Commitment to fostering a safe work environment and enforcing PPE requirements.
