We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Austin, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your role is crucial to our daily operations and ensures our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. This position offers a stable work environment with opportunities for growth within our expanding logistics network. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to maintain a high level of productivity and order accuracy. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adherence to all safety protocols is a must, including the proper use of required PPE. Responsibilities include picking items based on order sheets, verifying product codes and quantities, and preparing items for shipment. You will also be involved in stock rotation and maintaining an organized work area to facilitate efficient picking. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. Ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues is a top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
