We are hiring Order Pickers in Denver, Colorado, to support our growing logistics and distribution center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Precision and speed are essential as you navigate our warehouse, utilizing picking lists or electronic devices. This role is critical to ensuring that orders are processed correctly and shipped out promptly. You will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. We foster a culture of safety, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order sheets for accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and put-away tasks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage.
