Join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Material Handler! We are seeking individuals who are physically fit and safety-conscious to support our warehouse operations. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment or storage. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our logistics facility. You will operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move products, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and ensure that materials are stored correctly and safely. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. We prioritize Safety above all else and provide all necessary training. Key Responsibilities:
- Move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas.
- Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and other protective gear.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions focused on Safety and operational excellence.
- Assist with inventory counts, which may involve moderate Lifting.
