As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided. We emphasize a strong safety culture, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times. - Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
