Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Implement and enforce all **Safety** procedures and protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with **Logistics**, transportation, and other departments.
- Manage the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all team members use **PPE** appropriately.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of **Safety** regulations and best practices.
- Ability to direct and support tasks involving **Lifting** and material handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- Must ensure team compliance with **PPE** usage.
