Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Sacramento, California, is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates. This position involves a variety of tasks critical to the efficient flow of goods. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency with basic math and computer skills.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety glasses and vests.
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory control.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
