Job Summary:
Are you an energetic individual seeking a challenging role in warehouse operations? Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Sacramento, California, is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates. This position involves a variety of tasks critical to the efficient flow of goods. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency with basic math and computer skills.
  • Capability for lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety glasses and vests.
  • Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory control.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
