We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Indianapolis, Indiana location. This position plays a critical role in our company's logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for a range of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
