We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our Charlotte, North Carolina team. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, directly supporting our logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overages. A strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures is required, along with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. We are committed to a safe and efficient working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is paramount. This position requires the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure optimal inventory accuracy. You may also be involved in assisting with receiving and shipping processes as needed. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and the willingness to perform general warehouse duties, including occasional Lifting, are beneficial. Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) for inventory tracking.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data for trends.
- Implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and control.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and order picking as needed.
