We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our San Francisco, California team. In this role, you will be involved in various essential warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. Our fast-paced environment requires individuals who are reliable, organized, and possess a strong commitment to quality. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily operational targets. Safety is our highest priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing the demands of the job, which include standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals. - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and proper lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Willingness to comply with all safety requirements and wear necessary PPE.
