Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, Virginia. This multifaceted role involves a range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution center and maintaining accurate inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Support overall logistics operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines, including PPE requirements.
