Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Fort Worth, Texas! We are looking for motivated individuals to perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for handling goods, managing inventory, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires reliability and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, ship, sort).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Organize and arrange warehouse stock to optimize space and accessibility.
- Process orders and ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Collaborate with other warehouse workers and logistics team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
- Contribute to the overall success of the logistics department through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
