Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in sunny San Diego, California. In this critical role, you will be at the heart of our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including picking products, packing them securely, managing inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order details against products before packing and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by promptly updating the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring quality and quantity match documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in inventory control initiatives, including cycle counting.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in warehouse fulfillment, order processing, or a similar Logistics role. The position requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting, stand for prolonged periods, and move throughout the warehouse. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are necessary. A strong understanding of Safety protocols is non-negotiable.
