We are hiring an Order Picker for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked correctly and prepared for shipment. Key duties include reading order lists, locating items, using scanning equipment, and staging picked items for packing. Safety is our highest priority, and adherence to all company Safety regulations, including the consistent use of PPE, is non-negotiable. The position requires individuals who are physically fit and able to perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and Lifting items up to 40 pounds. Accuracy and speed are essential, and you will be expected to meet performance targets. We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.
